yes, I sympathize also. I never paid attention to it in my younger years and actually many years ago, stress or counselling would have been scoffed at in most European countries. We did not believe in it. We were stupid. Because now I am paying for ignoring it and have learned how damaging stress can be if you don't know how to control it.
