As we all know, the world is a complicated place. Our lives are no different. Sometimes, we may find ourselves in situations that are very difficult to cope with. Whether it be the loss of a loved one, or circumstances bearing heavy burdens... the ability to cope can be tenuous. During these difficult trials, we may not always be afforded the strength of others to help us through. Sometimes, we are alone with our struggles. At such times, delving deep within is where we must find strength and comfort.

This made me think of how important it is for us to feel loved and that that love can keep us from sinking and drowning in despair so we may become strong again and in turn reach out and lift back up others ourselves
