Once upon a time, in a story without a name. What story do YOU see?
My name is John Alexander. I have been creating and sharing my works online for many years under the name 'SirJohn'. I find inspiration in the world around me, in human behavior... and the dark recesses of the mind. The world is filled with people painting landscapes and flowers... I am not one of them. -John Alexander (visit me on my home page: http://www.sirjohnsworld.com) Also, for those who may be interested in having my artwork on hand in the form of an absolutely gorgeous book, see the links below for more information! Thank you. No AI has EVER been used in my work... nor shall it. Art of darknes... By John Alexander Book Preview A Mind...

I can think of a million great titles for this work. Not only do I see the story, but also FEEL the scene. Intense and filled with mystery it is. Excellent John. F/L.

I love the interpretations you've received so far... I am getting a sense of stoic indifference from the mourners, they are rigid and gray, looking up, hive minded? Maybe that one stepped from the crowd to in an effort to console the other on their knees in pain? But maybe, like the hive, they only make a pretense of comfort.... ? May Be.... I revealed more about myself than about what's actually happening? That is the point of good art. Well done John! Another thought provoking masterpiece! :)

I thank you John!! Your artwork ignites and stirs up many deep seeded emotions. Your viewer cannot help but feel the energy, the presence. That is what makes a great artist!!!

When someone you love with all your heart and soul dies, the world and all the people turn pale. Life goes on even if you want to scream "don't you understand my heart is dead without the warmth of love, the brilliance of connection with another's soul." That is the story I see and feel. Great artwork John and always stops me in my tracks so to speak.
John Alexander replied:
What a beautiful story Carolyn. Wow. Thank you.
