For years I have seen the dramatic increase in the use of manipulation through media. Corporate giants with a vested interest in how we think have paired up with those who make the rules to own and govern every last bit of content that is delivered into each and every home in this country. The people of this country have become wholly dependent on the television... hopelessly addicted to content meant to ensnare the ability to think and reason independently. The most egregious offenders of the mind manipulation are the so called "News Channels".
These so called "News Channels" each have a common thread: distraction. The mass consciousness is being openly governed by psychological tricks meant to distract us, keep us fighting, and keep us afraid. How can we unite if we believe our neighbor is our enemy? How can we focus on solving REAL problems when we are constantly manipulated into hating each other? How can we UNITE when we are conditioned to "Stay tuned" for more information on how we should not stand together as a people. At every turn, we are manipulated to pick a side and blame the other for every issue. The success of this conditioning can be seen everywhere that we look.
On a side note: with this pandemic shutting nearly everything down, I now have the time to tackle some of the artwork that has been trapped within my head for so long. I truly hope that each and every one of you are keeping yourselves safe in this strange, and unnerving time. Stay home, keep each other safe, and listen to that creative voice!
